Hey flymo, I've had the spicy food and some sex yes, will have more of both in due course! Ha ha
I've also done many lunges, speed walks around the block and contemplated eating 7 pineapples!!
My mum never had her waters break and she's had 9 so I don't know what else to look for?!
How are you coping? Any signs? XxxX

Lunges, eh? Good idea, lots of walking here and a last-min haircut. Thinking of all the least practical places to go into labour and contemplating going there!!!
