arnica tablets and bf

Is it ok to take arnica tablets whilst bf, my friends have all said take them as they r amazing so have bought sum and now thinking is it ok

I did - don't see why not

Thanku on the side of the packet it says consult dr if bf or pregnant so I thought id assk lady in shop said it was ok but dnt want to do nething risky
