Sorry this has probably been asked before.

When you have a sweep do you bleed afterwards? So should I wear a pad to the appointment?

Also my mums offered to come with me as 'I won't feel like driving' is that right? I thought it would be like an uncomfortable internal but ok afterwards?

I didn't bleed after mine and felt absolutely fine afterwards. It was like having a more uncomfortable smear. Driving certainly wasn't an issue.

DD2 arrived 36 hours later Smile

Good luck!

Uncomfortable but certainly not painful for me; did lose quite a bit of blood on walk home so would def wear a pad. Wouldn't want to be caught without one! Good luck
