I got a slight show but no pain iron the Saturday and had lots of energy. I wasnt in labour, I'd say. I painted pots outside etc. Then early Sunday I got pains and lost my appetite. Just felt generally anxious and didn't know what was going to happen. Not really full of energy.

I felt completely normal both times, no 'symptoms' of impending labour.

Tired, grumpy, irritable, fed up... 48 hours later and still no baby, I was feeling much worse!

Just sort of normal really. Well, as normal you tend to feel when heavily pregnant.

BlueChampagne · 13/07/2014 22:07

Both started fairly normally for me.

RJnomore · 13/07/2014 22:08

Weird.

I can't explain it but I knew something wasnt right.

MsBug · 13/07/2014 22:09

Pretty normal - was very surprised when my waters broke

ThatBloodyWoman · 13/07/2014 22:12

I painted the bathroom the evening that my waters broke -standing on the loo doing the corners etc -and that was after a good long walk that day.

Then I was sick out of nowhere.

Both times the first sign was the contractions starting. I wasn't restless, wasn't sick and didn't nest.
