First baby on time - will second one be?

Has anyone any experience of having first baby on time and second on time? or late? or even early?! I'm 38 weeks and wondering what chances of having 2 babies on time are.

my sister's first baby was a week early and the second was 2 weeks late and she was induced.

I was induced at 5 days late due to pregnancy diabetes and am waiting to see when this one decides to arrive!!

first ds was a diplmat, as been given 2 diff duedates from Germany and English Hossie, and he was born right in teh middle of it
2.ds 12 days early
3.ds 14 days early (might aswell, lil blighter was already 8Ibs 7 1/2 oz, lol)

DS born at 38+3, and then DD was born at 40+4

ds1 induced 38 weeks
ds2 natural, 39 weeks

Ds3 natural 42- little so and so!!

ds1 came on his due date and s2 was 10 days late and only came then as i had a sweep to get things going!

My cousin and SIL have both just had their second babies. Both of them were early with their first babies (cousin = 9 days early and SIL = 6 days early) and both were late with their second babies (cousin = 3 days late and SIL = 6 days late).

There doesn't seem to be any sort of pattern though looking at what other people on this thread have said. I think the baby just comes when it's ready!

ds1 - 11 days late, induced
ds2 - 7 days early
ds3 - bang on time

ds1 7 days late,
ds2 10 days late,
ds3 15 days late.
Am 7 months pregnant with ds4, hoping I don't continue with this pattern, 22 days late........makes my eyes water just thinking about it. Would love 2 weeks early!

First dd1 3 days early
Second ds 10 days early
third dd2 3 weeks early - but that was induction at 37 weeks as I was unwell.

I am glad they were early as dd1 was 10lb, ds 9.5 lbs and dd2 even 3 weeks early was 8lb. Cant imagine what would have happened if I went over!!!
