1st postnatal period

Do I need to prepare for agony and avalanches? I'm PETRIFIED of blood and pretty sure my first period has just started. I'm 6+3 since birth, lochia stopped three weeks ago.

My 1st period (8 weeks post emcs) was pretty heavy, but only lasted 3 days. As have my 2 other periods since.

Ok thanks. I came on last night but still only brown gunge (sorry tmi) but have taken my first pill. I also had a section but it was an elcs.
