Second hand birth pool - what do you need to buy new?

Hi,

I am hoping to have a home water birth (34 weeks now) and looking into buying a pool. I think you can buy all you need new from La Bassine for about £130.

I was trying to work out if you did get a second hand pool what you would still need to buy new. I think:

  • liner
  • filling hose

Is that correct? Is there anything else needed to reduce infection risk?

Finding it hard to get proper info of the net so if anyone could help that would be great.

Also if anyone looking to sell (or give Wink) in the Swansea, Cardiff or South West London areas let me know!
