D&V - sign of labour imminent?

I'm 38+4 weeks. For the last 3 days I've had D&V and griping pains in my tummy in the mornings. Anyone know if this is a sign of labour? Didn't have it last time!

I think loose bowels are quite common before delivery, but I have never heard of vomiting too. You may have a tummy bug. Keep hydrated, and phone GP if it continues or gets worse. Tummy bugs can set off labour though.
