Right Occiput Transverse - ROT position, should I be worried??

I am 34 weeks with DC2 who is currently ROT, I know they can turn in labour but DC1 was persistently this position and I ended up with keillands rotational forceps for deep transverse arrest. Now I am worried my anatomy favours this position and I'm going to have a repeat of the same hideous birth. Any suggestions or similar experiences would be really appreciated. Thanks!

Mine is in the same position at 38 weeks. Nobody seems particularly concerned about it but I've been advised to lean over my birth ball or get onto all fours as much as possible to encourage baby to turn back to the left (where it was until a week ago, grr), as that is ideal.

Don't know what position my first started off in.
