I'm 38 weeks been having on and off period cramps for a few days.

Had a really rough night sleep last night so had a nap for about an hour. Woke up with quite a bad pain all along my lower back. Was quite a shock as I was in a deep sleep. This was at 4 and since then had some light peirod cramping again,

Any more updates?? Exciting time ahead for you. I started with pains when i had dd at about 5 in the afternoon.
Try moving about abit, standing helps bubs head push on ur cervix and could increase the pains.
If u think its starting, hav a shower, i felt so much better knowing i was 'fresh' for the event x
