Birthing Balls

What is the difference if any between birthing ball and those big exercise balls? Tesco have the exercise balls at £5.99 whereas most birthing balls seem to be nearer £20?

None whatsoever except the birthing balls are charged at rip off prices. Get the £5.99 one

thanks, good news. I think its a 65cm one so as I am only 5ft 5 think it'll be fine.
