Tilted Pelvis and childbirth

Wondering if anyone has any experience of giving birth with a tilted pelvis? DD was emcs due to undetected breech so this would also be a vbac.

Following DDs birth, I was referred to physio and it turns out that I have hyper mobile SI joints and a tilted pelvis, which explains why I was in horrific pain when midwives were pressing on my pelvis during first pregnancy, trying to find baby's head!

So now I know the nature of the beast, does a tilted pelvis present any additional difficulties with a natural birth/vbac?

Thanks.
