Hi I'm 37+3 and have started having new pains since yesterday. Have been having painless bh for weeks. These are different - lower back pain very like a period pain but quite uncomfortable, bump tightens as well. Also feel a bit sick at the same time, and need to stop what I'm doing until it eases. They don't last long, probably less than a minute. And very infrequent - only had 3-4 today and a few yesterday evening.
Is this just a different form of bh or the start of something else? ....
