Possible induction

I have been booked for an emergency scan tomorrow due to lack of fetal movement and baby's heart rate being on the high side. I was advised that depending on the scan results it may be suggested that i am induced.

Has anyone else been induced for these reasons? And how urgently was action taken?
Just a little anxious and worried, i have had a complication free pregnancy up to now apart from one previous episode of reduced movements. I am now 38 weeks pg.

I think it's pretty common for reduced movements further into the pregnancy. I didn't feel anything for about 5 days so rushed to hospital and all was fine. I wasn't induced though. Sorry can't offer much help but good luck
