Apparently. They're also much more comfy than the sofa towards the end and great for backache.

Im just so uncomfy and breathless! I just want her head to go down and make its way out. Soon. Confused ha ha

Just bought one from Argos. Called pro fitness or something similar and cost about £6. Lots of good reviews, all by pregnant women!
