C section won't heal...Advice

I had my second section six months ago and wanted to share some advice...One small piece of my scar would not heal and for three months I had to have it packed and dressed daily with no improvement...until I was advised to put MANUKA honey in the wound. Once I tried the honey idea the scar was healed within three weeks! I only wish I had been given this advice sooner as it would have saved me the stress of having to go to the health centre with two young children every day for three months!! So please try the honey if you are having scar problems :)

Second this. I had a wound infection after my CS last year. Had to go to the surgery regularly to get it cleaned and dressed but once they started using Manuka honey dressings on it (after antibiotics and other sorts of dressings) it made a huge difference and it healed quickly and well.
