Induced at 41+5 with a great outcome

Hey everyone I delivered my baby girl on Monday nite, I just wanted to share as I was so worried about being induced. My waters broke themselves just before I was about to have gel so they left me for a whole, slowly leaked all Sunday nite to morning where they decided to break my waters, and put me on the drip. From then it took 11 hours to deliver. Only 4 hours spent in active labour as they say, (to get from 4cm to fully dilated) I had epidural too which was amazing for me; I found whole thing mostly enjoyable and not too tough, pushing was tricky as I didn't really have much of a contraction but did so In 50 mins, no assistance needed but do have a 2nd degree tear, worth it though for my beautiful daughter is the most amazing thing I ever seen, heard or known.
