I have heard that there certain acupressure points you can press to help induce labour. Does anyone know of any websites or details I can look at about this??

I had reflexology done to try and induce labour and the therapist showed me one, you dig your finger nail into the outer nail bed of your baby toe and hold for three minutes. It does hurt a little bit though!! she said u have to do both feet though, and hold for 3 min otherwise it wont work.
