Hey, ok so I'm 40+3 today, had a membrane sweep yesterday and was told by midwife she couldn't feel mucus plug and could baby head. She managed to get her finger thru cervix ok she said. She told me I mite have some slight bleeding. Ok so today, I had a bath, then did some perineum massage with coconut oil and in my hand I saw a small amount of jelly like discharge, tinged with browny colour, sorry if TMI!!!!! And since then I've not had any big bits but small amounts on tissue when I go for a wee.
So is this mucus plug would u think? Or is it because of yesterday's membrane sweep? Also I haven't really had much discharge prior to this. I'm not worried though, no other problems... Should I be concerned? What do u think?
