Question (hopeful for some opinion/experience from mumsnet peeps).
Q. Lady arrives at maternity fully dilated in second stage labour. She is rushed into labour suite and begins pushing on contraction demand. Midwife examines on regular basis and progression is always -2. Continues for 45 minutes and is begging for help as she feels something is wrong and is becoming very anxious. This is third birth 1. delivery with ventouse 2. delivery with forceps. Dr examines......what does he advise?
Lady has potential Bandls Ring (but not confirmed by medics).
