anyone out there due today and is feeling rotten?

so I though it'd feel completely ready to go by now but as it turns out I got ds2's cold and feeling weak and sick and so im hoping it doesn't happen today or tomorrow but feeling very excited to get to meet the little one soon

Feet up, drinks and snacks on tap, old lady blanket on the lap/duvet in bed and the tv remote. Ducks orders :).

Very jealous, I might need to go and swoon at 15mo DD asleep :)

Hope you get better soon. If anything happens, the adrenalin will kick in and you'll be fine. Women's bodies are amazing!

thanks ducks feel a bit better today. was hoping to feel better as i don't think i could resist rejecting the offer of a sweep tomorrow but feel i could cope with it a bit better if it happened now

Yes I'm also due today, no signs of labour or anything. Trying to relax and just play the waiting game.

welcome monique! is it your first? this time i strangely haven't got to the really desperate end bit where i just sort of want the pain maybe cos this pregnancy just gone really quick!

This is my 2nd after 17 years so kind of forgotten what the 1st time felt like, going for a sweep on Thursday hopefully it will work.

Woke up this morning at 5am with sharp contractions, started timing them even got to a stage when they were 5 mins apart....then suddenly nothing they just stopped after about 2 hrs very frustrating.

Today is my due date, I have had no signs that this baby is ready for moving. I'm not too bothered tho as my labour pains from my toddler are still fresh in my mind lol

DS finally arrived yesterday 14-03-2014 at 1840...it was a long traumatic labour had to beg for epidural in the end which I was totally against in my birth plan. Still in hospital DS breast feeding very well but his heart rate is too high so still been monitored.

aww congratulation monique! sorry you didn't get the birth you wanted! im jealous tho! i wish i was over it and holding my baby! still feeling very rough despite of the antibiotics and still no energy!
how long are they going to keep you in hospital?
