Hypnobirthing CD/ app recommendations?

I'm planning ( hopefully) a water birth. Certainly an active labour.

Just finished NCT classes which I found great for helping me feel positive about coping.

I've heard a bit about hypno birthing. Not sure it's all for me but I do think I'd like to try listening to cd's or an app with positive thoughts to maintain what I'm feeling now and to help relaxation..

Can anyone suggest or recommend?

Many thanks!

Yes you could try the mp3's here: www.brainwaveandcrystals.com

they have a bunch of different audios for meditation. Actually I just remembered hearing about how the frequency of classics like Mozart and Beethoven are really good for babies/kids. It helps them learn better. And I was just talking to my sister in law about (she's a teacher) a new type of learning for kids....it is all about telling them stories without having a picture book. So they have to imagine in their minds what is going on. Just for an example, I like to play the "this little piggy goes to market etc" with his toes and then at the end you say "this piggy goes we we all the way home" and I tickle him. Well one morning very early, I wanted to keep him quiet, so I played the game without saying any words at all....just went through each toe and he knew exactly when I was about to tickle him...it was amazing to see!
