Am three weeks away from a scheduled section. Was wondering if anyone on here used a belt afterwards as have heard mixed reviews.
Thanks.

Yes try it, its not big deal see how it feels for you. there are not pricey. I had mine for a couple of days a few hours at a time. I felt more secure with it but also felt it too tight after a while.

I didn't use one after my section. Tbh, I woulsny have been able to have anything against my scar. The scar doeant hurt as such, but it does feel sore and you will probably have swelling around the wound for at least a few weeks.

My baby was born 18m ago and the good news is that healing was textbook without the aid of a belt. The scar is tiny; a barely visible faint white line that is nicely hidden in my bikini line.

Sorry for waffling on! Smile

Watching with interest, I didn't have one with ESCS I healed fine. However I have a small CS overhang Shock. Thinking about using one for after my ELCS.
