Placenta encapsulation. Really? any idea where i can find actual studies that show its effectiveness?

for PND and milk production mostly.
i suspect there are none... studies i mean... hmm Confused

You're very welcome, I think it's a fascinating subject. I'm just getting into it myself with a view to training in the New year and would like to think if I was preg, I'd definitely firstly smoothie a bit for the immediate benefits, encapsulate some and maybe tincture or balm part too.
A wonderful organ with some fab health benefits.
If your friend does it, s/he might be able to direct you to some additional reading too.
