Is it too late to request my labour notes?

I gave birth almost 2 years ago. I can't remember much about the labour/giving birth stage.
I am really intrigued to read my notes as I have a couple of unanswered questions.
Do you think I can request them (I realise there will be a charge) or do you think they will want a Dr's referral for them? I'm not sure how it works.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

It's not too late - you have about 25 years I think! You'll just need to contact the records office at your hospital - if you look online your hospital's website may have a form you can download and use.

You can see your health records no problem.
In scotland where i work,if u want a copy of computer records its £10 but if its a copy from paper notes, its £50.

Just contact your hospital and explain
