Antacid before c-section

My doctor gave me ranitidine to take tomorrow before my section. However since then I've been put on Omeprazole for heartburn. I've found it impossible to get a consistent answer from a midwife about whether I should take the ranitidine instead of the omeprazole tomorrow morning, or just stick with the omeprazole since it works so well. One MW told me to take both! Has anyone had similar?

Oh, and if anyone could suggest when I should take my blood pressure pills tomorrow as well.... Last food at 5.30, can drink water until 9.30. Pills due at 8 (should be taken with food). One MW told me to take them at 5.30, another said at the normal time....

Hey pseudo! I've been given omeprazole to take before mine, so if that works for you I can't see it being a problem to take that! I have to take one at 10pm on the night before and then one at 6am on the day. Sorry I don't have a clue about the other tablets though.

Thanks Heffalump! Ok then I'll take my omeprazole at 5.30, and take my BP pills with my breakfast just before that I think.
