Hi does anybody have a manual for the babycare femme tens machine (purple). Or a link to download?

I've borrowed one with no instructions and can't find a manual anywhere!

I have the manual. I want to hold onto it in case I use it next time. Is there a particular thing you need to know or just basic instructions? I could probably try to summarise them!
