talk to me about the first pp period after a c-section, please

Baby is six months and had been exclusively breast fed until introducing solids two weeks ago. I had been feeling back to normal. Ut the last 48 hours I've been weepy, bloated and expecting af to show up, with cramping far worse than before the section, feeling like I'm falling apart behind the scar.
:( I don't remember this nonsense after my vaginal births. Anyone else? How long did it last?

Just a thought, is there any way you could be pregnant again?
I think my first period post-cs was heavy and uncomfortable but just have the one dd so no comparison with vb...

I've had one period post c section so far (after 12 months) and it was pretty normal tbh. Have had vb too and can't say I noticed a difference.

Thanks ladies! I would be very surprised if I were pregnant again, but worth considering I suppose. I'll poas in the morning just in case

This month I thought i was going mad - crying at everything, terribly short tempered etc. Had a very small bleed (more like a discharge) and feel a bit better. Think it might have been my first sort of period 7 months after CS and still EBF. Doubt my experience is typical but yes, it has been a difficult month.
