Very, very stupid question alert! Could this be it?

First timer here, looking for any advice / thoughts. I had a sweep yesterday at 39 + 6. Nothing yesterday apart from a bit a of a stomach ache following sweep.

Now I am getting a "wave" of sensation across my lower bump. Coming approx every 4-5 mins, however no show or waters. The sensation is not particularly painful (more of a weird uncomfortable feeling) and they don't last very long 5-10 seconds at the most.

Could this be early labour or just a bit of wishful thinking on my part Wink

The only way you will know is if they start to be longer/ stronger! My labour with ds started just like this and he was born 12 hours later...but with dd I had two or three episodes like this in the week before she arrived - very frustrating!
