I'm not sure if this is the right place to talk about this as I'm new! But.... Just wondering if anyone has had a similar problem or abit of advice.. I had my daughter 2 years ago and had a 3rd degree tear (forceps at 8cm) anyway.. 2 years later im still VERY loose down there, iv done/do pelvic floor exercises all the time, and tried things like jiggle balls but doesn't seem to make a difference. Really starting to get me down!
