wearing jeans after c-section

DS4 is 12 weeks old and I can now fit into my pre pregnancy jeans. But when I wear them my C-section scar starts aching after a couple of hours. Not bad enough to take painkillers but bad enough to make me reach for the comfy maternity leggings. Is this normal and will I ever be able to wear my jeans again?

You will but it may take some time. It took me about 6 months before I was comfy.

Google "scar massage". There are some YouTube clips about it, or ask a physio. My scar was very sensitive and twingy until I started massaging it. It also helps get rid of the overhang!
