post CS lochia - how long before it stopped? warning poss TMI

have posted a lot with my CS woes so just a quick question - once your lochia had stopped, did you still occasionally get some spotting? maybe if you had over done things?
i have had a couple of occasions now where ive had bright orange spotting. i dont remember it from last time (though ive had more issues this time round) but is it normal? i think its the colour thats worrying me!

completely normal. At 6 week check, Dr described exactly what was happening in terms of colour change etc - I was wide eyed with wonder that he could know these things about what was going on with me, so assume I'm not the only one ;-)

thank you. forgot to say i was nearly 8 weeks post section now.
on another note caught a bit of a CS op on the tv last night. it was brutal. no wonder ive been so sore!

OP, I bled for nine weeks after CS.

I'm 17 weeks post-emcs and still get the odd bit of discharge that looks like old blood. It tends to happen when I've been more active. Consultant says it's normal.

Pretty normal as I had it until 6-7 weeks on and off. Been 10wks since my CS now. I hope you're healing ok OP .

Mines tailing off now at 5-6 weeks
