First stages of labour

Hi all, I'm due tomorrow. Woke up this morning about 3am. Worst contractions yet. Really side splitting. Haven't noticed a show yet or waters. As the days progressed the contractions have slowed down but remained. The intensity has remained. Just wondered if anyone had similar experiences and if so how long your labour lasted?

latent labour can last a while

my first stage, with my first baby lasted 2 days of contractions every 15 - 20 mins

it's exhausting - rest if you can, take paracetamol, if you have a birthing ball use it, walk upstairs and try to kick things off

my waters didn't go and they were broken for me during established labour

I haven't tried to keep myself up just been napping when I can to conserve my energy
