Question about TENS machine

PeppaPigStinks · 19/07/2013 07:25

I've been using a tens machine all night for contractions. However- things did slow overnight to enable me to sleep.

Overnight though I have turned it up and it isn't too strong.

Does this mean I need more 'releif' or have I just been using it so long that I am used to it, so need to turn it up? Smile

Thanks

Hopefully you are long past needing your tens machine by now!

But I found that I slowly got used to the machine levels through my labour and by the end I was on the max setting.

DH then tried it at home and couldn't get past level 4 on fist set. So I think you do just get used to it at each level.

Anyway - hopefully you are now far too busy with a new small person!
