Hello,
Sorry for bombarding you with all this questions but I just don't seem to get any answers anywhere else!
My consultant is planning to induce me in two weeks and wanted to do a sweep in a hope to kick start my labour without the use of drugs. She done internal examination yesterday but said my cervix was closed so sweep was not possible at this stage. Today I had some pinkish discharge (sorry tmi) called midwife and she said it was normal. Throughout the day I been having cramps in lower part and pressure. My SPD also seems more painful. Is it also normal? What could this be? Xxx

this sounds like the first stirrings of a labour! if you are lucky you might not need an induction.

Thank you. :)
Cramps stopped... :( honestly, if it was sign of labour I want them back! :)
Really hate idea of induction... Xxx
