3rd induction at 38 weeks

im being induced for the 3rd time this time at 38 weeks, My first two children were induced at 42 weeks, wondering if it will be easier this time round???

Why so early? I'm guessing that will have an impact?

because my last baby weighed 10lb 8oz and i lost alot of blood so to be on the safe side they want me to have him early
