Delayed cord clamping and RH- blood types

Hi,

Hoping for some advice.

I'm currently 30 weeks and considering my options for a VBAC.

Are there any increased risks of issues for RH- women for delayed cord clamping (or indeed VBAC itself) where the blood type of baby is unknown?

Does it matter anyway given that Anti-D would be routinely administered if my baby turns out to be positive?

Does anyone know about this?

TIA

Should be fine. We did delayed cord-clamping and I'm Rhesus negative while DD is positive. It was never mentioned as a potential issue.

As Huxtable says, RH- here too and had delayed cord clamping with my RH+ DD 3 weeks ago. All fine, wasn't even thought of as an issue.
