I have muscle separation from having two big babies. (I'm tall but quite thin) carry all baby at front. My belly button popped out twice, and never went back in as such after dd2. (They're 2.5y and 13m) so I have the diastasis recti alon with a hernia with my belly button. I read that the labour pushing part is what causes the most damage. How is it going to effect me his time round? Dd2 was back to back too. But both fast labours (3hr, 1r)
