Will be 35 weeks with twins on Friday

I've been having period like pains for two weeks now with patterns that can last for 6 hours and then die off

Last three days I've had diarrhoea, feel emotional, having pains that don't increase.
Today and especially for the past few hours feel weak, emotional and in pain around tummy and feeling some pressure down below

Have been managing pain with paracetomol

Can anyone shed light or hold my hand?

Oh and I want to swear at everyone around me and can't bear to hear noise over a whisper

I'd Say call the labour ward and discuss it. They wont mind being asked, and it's better to be safe.

Good luck!

Sounds like something's up, doesn't it? Could be a urine infection or could be early labour. Definitely need to get yourself checked. Good luck :)

Definitely call your midwife or the labour team. Having said that I have had period like cramps and twinges all through my pregnancy, had an upset stomach for about three weeks non-stop recently, and my baby is fine and still here... I'm 40+8 (argh!) so don't worry that something is up yet, but DEFINITELY get some professional advice. Good luck!

With twins I would definitely ring and ask to be seen.
