Epidural pain 16 weeks after birth?

I had an epidural when giving birth to dd. However, 16 weeks on my back is still painful at the epidural site. Is this normal? Some days it feels ok but others it feels really tender and is sore to touch. Do I need to see GP or will it take a while longer to heal?

No, this is not normal. I would see your GP. I had an epidural but had no pain at all where the needle had gone in, once the anaesthetic had worn off. I know people who have felt slight soreness, but not for 16 weeks.
