Period returned at 10 weekday with dc1 and 8 weeks dc2 both evf every 3/4 hours and felt robbed Wink. Dc3 is 5 weeks tomorrow, was a little one compared to his huge brother and sister and feeding 2/3 hours.

Didn't have much bleeding (ended up with EMCS and think they suckered a lot out as he did a poo inside) but it lasted almost four weeks this time. Last few days have had yuky brown like what I get just before a period and today have had to wear a pad bright red I feel even more robbed!! Not fair Confused

Know what you mean! My DD and DS were ebf but it made no difference - had post-natal discharge for 3/4 weeks, 2 weeks clear and then 1st period! I'd hoped for a complete break from periods while I was feeding, at least at first, but some of us haven't any luck!

Yup, happened to me too, with both my ebf children. Two weeks after the postnatal bleeding stopped (lasting 6 weeks) I started to have my periods :( I got pregnant with ds when dd was only six months...ebf... I also noticed fluctuating hormones affecting the amount of breastmilk I produced during each cycle. Some days I was just flat and empty :(
