I'm 30weeks with my second and trying to banish the memories of a difficult instrumental delivery by focusing on how 'easy' or straightforward birth can be.
Someone posted a link on here a week or so ago to a YouTube clip of a German (I think) lady delvering very calmly at home. It was an amazing video and made me feel instantly more positive about what lies ahead.
I can't now find the link, but it made me think, maybe it would be helpful (for me :) ) and others in a similar situation, if we compiled a thread of links to really positive birth videos and stories.
Can anyone help by suggesting links? Thank you!
