First time mum question re fetal movement

I'm 30 weeks preg with my first baby & I've been feeling movements since week 18 or 19. However all the kicks are really low down - does this mean my baby is the wrong way up? If I lie on my side he moves to kick low down on that side but I never feel him at the top or middle of my bump. Could he move around later? Obviously I am worried that he will be breach.......

I'm 31 weeks and have also only ever felt kicks in those positions that you talk about. I have occasionally felt one to the right hand side just below my belly button.
At my 28wk and 30 wk doctor appointment they said that the baby was in cephalic position which is head down bum out.
Everybody has been telling me not to worry about position as it is too early yet etc etc but from about 26 weeks I have been trying to put myself into positions which encourage the baby to go into the correct position and hopefully it'll be the one it settles into at the end. You can find lots of sites talking about these positions.

Basic principles are knees below pelvis, don't cross legs, straight back (don't lean right into the couch, chairs etc), also sitting backwards on a dining room chair resting forwards on a pillow propped up on the back of it, hands and knees style positions, etc etc.

Hi, I am 38 weeks and get most kicks under my right breast. I wouldn't worry about baby being the wrong way up as he has got plenty of room to maneouvre. At one stage my baby was back to back and I did everything possible to move him, the next thing they were worried he was breech. Had a little scan yesterday and he is head down with his feet (or foot) under my left breast.
