I'm 35+6 and DC1 so haven't done this before :)

Just wondering how soon after your bump appeared to "drop" did you go into labour? Does it mean the baby is engaged now?

Can't stop thinking about what's happening! Shock

About 34/35 weeks, all babies born after 40 weeks. So a few weeks.

I went into labour with dd2 about 3 weeks after my bump dropped. I can't remember with dd1.

Hope it's not too long a wait for you. There are benefits to bump dropping, e.g. less heartburn, but also disadvantages, constantly needing to wee comes to mind.
