Does anyone know how I would go about requesting my hospital notes from when I had ds2 in 2011?

Your first step would be to get in touch with the relevant hospital's PALS office. The switchboard will be able to put you through.

No, it's not the Drs I don't think. I think you go via PALS (or whatever they've turned into) at the hospital you had the baby in. Check the hospital website out.
