Elcs recovery tips please!!

Got my elcs booked for thurs, pre-op tues. 1st baby anyone got any tips-like arnica-when do I start using that or anything you could possibly think of!! Any help would be massively appreciated!!

I was in 2 nights after lunch time elcs. It was open visiting for xp and standard visiting hours for everyone else they were quite strict wouldn't let my mum in until visiting when xp went AWOL

Maybe too late for you or your planning on co sleeping but I have found this to be my miracle find, am so glad I got it.
