My SIL has lent me her TENS machine but without the instructions! Does anyone know what the different modes mean - L1A, L1B, L2C, L2D, L3P. Many thanks x

I don't know what the exact modes are, but it's likely to be intermittent vibrations and constant vibrations (and different levels of each). Intermittent ones to be used between contractions and constant ones to be used during contractions, and increasing the intensity as you need it. Try them out and you should be able to tell (or better still, try them out on your partner :o)
