It's an american site of birth story diaries, with pictures. Thought it might be of some interest.

I had a look at the caeserian pictures as I've had 2 but never really knew what happened during them. I was very brave when looking at the pictures and scrolled through them really, really quickly! I won't be looking at them again though.
