2 years on I look at my labour notes and they are wrong. WWYD? Does it matter?

A4 page with basic info. tucked in red ok. Fund it yesterday when looking for DS AGPAR scores for something else.

Things that are wrong.
Length of labour.
States controlled cord traction given 24 min after delivery. Tis is completely wrong. I passed the placenta squatting over a bucket all by myself less than 15 mins after delivery. Is there any point writing this on the notes myself? I no longer live in the UK so chasing up for an amend is major hassle.
