audio or mantra to keep calm during labour?

I am looking for something i can download for free that i can use during and to prepare for labour. This is my second DC and i am very nervous and really don't want to get myself into a panic. I am always very aware of my heartbeat and panic if i feel it is going up or feeling intense whih obviously makes it worse. I do not want to get into this state in labour so i would like something that i can listen to that will keep me focused and in control despite the pain etc.
Any suggestions will be very welcome much appreciated.
Thank you.

I'm not sure about freebies specifically, but I found Natal Hypnotherapy relaxing in the run up to labour. I got the Maggie Howell CD. You might find it cheaper second hand somewhere.

I also found it useful to keep telling myself during contractions "it doesn't hurt, it's just a strong feeling of pressure". That worked for the early stages of labour; by the time I'd focussed on saying that a couple of times, the contraction was fading. And gas & air worked for the later stages :) You might need a different 'mantra' to work for you, but having something to focus on definitely helped.
